Grand Opening of The Newly Launched Natural Collection Shop

Over the past few months, we’ve been working hard on a new and improved web shop which is now open to Natural Collection customers – we hope you like our new shop as much as we do! Our newly renovated shop features easier navigation and search tools, so it’s easier to find the products you’re looking for. You’ll also find an expanded online community including our Ooffoo website and integrated Reviews (we call them e-Views with ‘E’ standing for ethics!) and List tools enabling you to create your own shopping lists and wish lists.
The Natural Collection shop now carries a vast range of specialist high quality Fairtrade and organic food and what’s more, you can buy in bulk and make huge savings of up to 20% at the same time. To see our full range, check out the grocery and bulk buying categories, plus to make online shopping even faster you can choose our clever “quick shop” feature from any category in the Natural Collection shop.
We’ve also improved our fulfilment and delivery services. We now operate in our own warehouse with new highly efficient systems and speedy service. Customer orders are now picked and packed by our own dedicated team, which means that we can make sure that you enjoy the very best customer experience. Standard Free Delivery to UK Mainland addresses is now available on orders over £50 and you can place orders for next day delivery up to 2pm every working day. We even offer a gift wrap service at just £2.95 per item.
Although we’re excited about our new shop and think you’ll find it to be a big improvement, we know it won’t be perfect and there will plenty of opportunities to improve it even further.
