The Natural Collection shopping site is fulfilled by Natural Collection, their name will appear on your credit card statement.

Mainland UK & Northern Ireland delivery. Now includes Republic of Ireland (Eire) & Channel Islands.
We have a standardised delivery and packing service for all orders up to £70 £100 at just £4.50 per delivery address, including insurance should your goods be lost or damaged en route. For all mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland (Eire) & Channel Islands orders over £70 £100 (excluding donations), delivery is FREE of CHARGE, unless you requested express next day delivery, in which case just the £5 charge for express orders will be applied; or for items marked with the lorry symbol, such as outdoor furniture, where delivery charges will be applied individually per order. You will be contacted prior to dispatch with details of delivery costs.

We aim to prepare your order within one working day of receipt and deliver your goods within the following 5 working days. However please allow one further week in case of any unforeseen delays.

Please note on some occasions, products may be out of stock, in which case your order will either be part-shipped, including advice on when the rest of the order will be despatched, or we will inform you that your order is being held until a date when the stock is due to arrive.

If you pay by credit card, we only charge the card for the goods when they are despatched; except for direct dispatch items which are charged at time of order. The delivery service normally requires a signature, so if you expect to be out when the delivery is due, please advise us of an alternative delivery address such as a neighbours address.

Islands, Scottish Highlands and BFPO orders
Whilst delivery to these areas does cost us more, we do not normally charge extra for deliveries. However in the event that we believe an order to be uneconomic to deliver we will contact you prior to dispatch if it is necessary to levy a surcharge. Please contact customer services should you have any queries.

Express Delivery (Mainland UK only, excluding Highlands and BFPO)
For an extra £5.00 we’ll send your order to arrive the next working day. NB. this only applies to orders made before 12.30pm. Express orders placed after 12.30pm on a Friday or over the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday before 12.30pm will be delivered the following Monday. Express deliveries usually require a signature.

Overseas Orders (including Channel Islands & Republic of Ireland)
We’ll gladly send your order to an overseas destination.

 

For charges; please enter the items you wish to buy into your shopping basket and select your destination, you will be presented with a delivery price or referred to customer services depending on your delivery destination.

The Natural Collection Guarantee and Returns
We really want you to be delighted with the quality of our goods,but if anything does not meet with your satisfaction,please return the items within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase prices. Returned items must be unused/unopened and in their original packaging, when trying on garments labels should not be removed and they should be replaced in the original packaging to return wherever possible. Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods,where your statutory rights are unaffected,this returns policy does not apply to personalised goods; i.e.goods made to customer ’s specifications,such as our mattresses.Also this does not apply to goods which,by reason of their nature cannot be returned;i.e.earrings for pierced ears,underwear,lingerie,personal grooming products,toiletries and perishable goods.Also we cannot accept the return of CDs,DVDs,tapes or other recording media,software or videos where the seal is broken.

Stock availability
We do endeavour to hold all stock at all times. However it is occasionally the case that only a limited amount of stock is available due to the specialist nature of either the goods or the suppliers who are often small families or collectives with limited manufacturing capacity. In some cases an item may prove to be extremely popular and we may have sold out of this item. If stock is not available for any reason then we will part-ship the rest of your order and will inform you about the expected delivery time of the out of stock item. Of course your credit card will not be charged until goods are actually dispatched to you.

Commissions
We work with many organisations each of whom benefit from working with Green Dot Guides Ltd. The organisations concerned are paid 5% commission on orders net of VAT & carriage placed by anyone quoting their unique catalogue/media codes. This equates to the organisation concerned receiving £5 for every £100 spent net of VAT and carriage. Working with Green Dot Guides also save many of the organisations a great deal of money they would otherwise need to spend to publish and print their own publications and in many cases we provide a sales platform for them to sell their own products. In addition we handle donations to the organisations concerned for these organisations at no charge and pass on the full amount of those donations.
