Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy
How do I check if the product I require is available?
By adding the product you require to the basket and reviewing your basket this should indicate if the product is in stock. If the product is out of stock the basket will indicate the product is not currently available.

At Natural Collection we stock clothing form a number of different manufacturers, the following tables are intended to aid your selection but please be aware there may be some small variations from the sizes below.
How do i work out my size?
To work out which clothes size is most suited to your figure it is best to take the following measurements.
Make sure you take actual body measurements, not over your clothes.
Chest: measure around the fullest part of your bust and across your shoulder blades at the back.
Waist: measure the natural waistline, just above the hip bone.
Inside leg: measure from the crotch to where the trouser is normally worn on the shoe.

We also evaluate a brand/manufacturer's overall ethical credentials in deciding whether we should sell a particular product. When a product has received an ethical claim that has been certified or verified by an independent 3rd party organisation, we will share that information with you. For example, we sell ethical products with claims certified by the Fairtrade Labelling Organisation, Soil Association, and Energy Saving Trust. We appreciate your fundamental question is 'how ethical?' is a given product ? we do our best to help you find the correct answers.

Natural Collection vouchers
What vouchers are available?
Natural Collection has a range of vouchers available to buy in denominations of £10, £20 and £50.
How are the vouchers supplied?
Each voucher is issued with a Fair Trade Media greetings card with the message of your choice.
How do I redeem the voucher I received?
Each voucher has been issued with a unique code which is written on the bottom left of the voucher. Natural Collection gift vouchers can be used to purchase goods online at Natural Collection or over the phone from Natural Collection. If using online, add this code to voucher box when checking out to redeem the allocated amount.
Do I have to post my vouchers back to you?
Posting the vouchers back to us is unnecessary; you can use the code on the voucher to redeem the voucher. If you would prefer to send the voucher in we will redeem the value for you against the voucher.
Other terms and conditions relating to gift vouchers
- Gift vouchers and unused portions of gift vouchers expire one year from the date of issuance.
- Natural Collection gift vouchers can only be used once.
- The total value of the gift voucher will be applied against the total order including VAT. If the goods purchased online total less than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance cannot be carried over or used on future purchases. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift voucher, you must pay for the balance with an approved credit card, debit card or by cheque.
- Promotional offers, coupons and discounts may not be applied toward the purchase of an Natural Collection gift voucher.
- When redeeming gift vouchers online or over the phone you will be required to provide the voucher number printed on the gift voucher. You may also be required to provide additional evidence of the voucher itself, which may include you needing to post the voucher to Natural Collection as part of the redemption process.
- If you have to return goods for credit originally purchased online using gift voucher(s), then in most instances you will receive another voucher code to use on a future purchase.
- The cash value of a gift voucher is 0.001p.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
- Natural Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
- No VAT is charged when buying a gift voucher; however, purchases paid for with a gift voucher will be charged applicable VAT.
Alcoholic merchandise
Natural Collection may sell products containing intoxicating liquor. For clarity a drink containing alcohol is classified as intoxicating if it contains more than 0.5% of alcohol by volume (0.5% abv). Vintages, labels and closures may vary. All wines are 75cl and all spirits and liquors 70cl unless otherwise stated.
Under the Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcoholic liquor if you are under the age of 18, or liqueur chocolates if you are under the age of 16.
Natural Collection is committed to upholding both their legal and social obligations as a retailer of intoxicating liquor.
In accordance with UK law when you place an order for alcoholic beverages with from Natural Collection you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
In accepting these Conditions you agree to provide Natural Collection truthful and accurate information and act in accordance with the Licensing Act of 2003.
Flowers and Hampers
In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value.
How can I order items which are temporarily out of stock?
Please keep checking back if an item is currently out of stock, however if you see an item on the site which then disappears this item is no longer available.
