I use this in my bread maker and it gives goof results, after a bit of trial and error about quantities.
I store the open pack in a sealed box in the fridge and it lasts well. Much more economical than the boxes of individual packs of dry yeast from the supermarket

am a bit concerned yeast will not keep so well as in small sachets. I felt it was not completely clear that it was coming loose essentially. Think I assumed it would be in sachets

Q: I have been using this product regularly for about five years. Is this product suitable for freezer storage if unopened? if so for how long?
A: Hi, Doves Farm don't recommend freezing this yeast, and as the shelf life is long (up to two years), it may not be necessary to freeze it. Hope this helps. Robyn.
