These Pumpkin seeds are tasty on their own as a snack, or you can toast them, add them to Veggie burgers, Soups, Stews or Nut roasts, or just sprinkle them on your breakfast cereals. They add a nutty crunch to any dish and have minerals and other nutrients to help keep a balanced diet. We love them!
