Q: I've got my vents but still don't know how to fit them to my existing radiators. Can I do it with ordinary household tools? Do I need to empty the radiator? Do they go on the end that isn't the end you bleed? Help!
A: Hi, there is no need for any radiator keys or for bleeding the radiators with this vent from Aladdin. To fit, simply:
• turn off flow and return valves to radiator
• turn off heating system pump
• remove bleed screw housing
• screw in Aladdin
• turn back on radiator valves
• turn back on pump
And the system will auto vent itself. I hope this helps and all the best with fitting your vents. Robyn.
