Introducing the clever EcoflapEX - the new and improved letterbox flap that keeps draughts out by using the wind to keep it shut.
The humble letterbox may seem innocent when sizing up the biggest energy wasting culprits in the house – but estimates suggest up to 27% of heat can be lost through this small slat in your front door. The Ecoflap is simply retrofitted to any existing letterbox – from small Victorian flaps to modern standard sized flaps and will accommodate post up to 260mm (10.25"") wide and 42mm (approx 1.75"") high. The flap will draught proof a hole up to 115mm high and over 300mm wide. As it fits to the interior side of the front door, no change is necessary to the aesthetics of your existing letterbox on the outside.
The Ecoflap EX has rubberised edges, minimising draughts even further.
