Orgran No Egg is free from cholesterol, contains no lactose and no egg. It can be used to make cakes, meringues or to make egg free mayonnaise. It is also a handy addition to your cupboards in case you run out of fresh eggs as each packet has the equivalent of 33 eggs.

Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Raising Agent: Calcium Carbonate, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Vegetable Gum (Stabiliser): Methylcellulose

Having been Vegetarian since 1985, I recently decided to try becoming Vegan (ethical & animal welfare reasons). This egg replacement is actually pretty good, although you must sieve the powder first to avoid a lumpy mixture! Baking results come out pretty well, although I have yet to try it in an Omelette - that's the next challenge, as they're one of my boyfriend's favourites!
