Really adaptable and great to use instead of potatoes or pasta. Fry, grill etc etc ...

Q: Hi there - is this polenta the dry loose corn meal, or is it a block of the ready made-up stuff? I'm having trouble telling from the picture!

A: Hi, this product is a solid block of polenta, which you then cut into slices and then either fry or grill it. I hope this helps, Robyn.
