VeganEgg is a more sustainable choice as you can produce 100 VeganEggs with the same amount of water used to produce 1 regular egg. In the U.S. alone, one year of egg consumption uses up to 4.5 trillion gallons of water.
To make one VeganEgg just add 2 level tbsp of VeganEgg to ½ a cup of ice cold water and whisk vigorously. Makes 10-12 'eggs'.
Please note that while we strive to stock product with a long shelf life, this particular product may have a minimum shelf life of two weeks.
awful, tried using it to make a cake and it turned the mixture into an oily goop. I also made and tasted a scrambled egg before giving it to my grandson and ended up throwing the lot in the bin.
