What is the Super Saver Delivery Service?
Super Saver Delivery Service is a membership program that gives you unlimited standard delivery and returns for eligible purchases. For an annual membership fee of £19.95* to UK mainland addresses and £29.95 to addresses in the UK Highlands and Islands, you will enjoy:
• Free standard delivery for most products sold by NaturalCollection.com.
• Free returns
• No minimums to receive free delivery - once you’ve signed-up, there’s no need to think about delivery charges when you order, the “Super Saver Delivery” option will appear every time you checkout for a full year.
How do I sign-up for the Super Saver Delivery Service?
The Super Saver delivery scheme is now closed to new entrants.
What addresses are eligible for Super Saver Delivery Service?
Our Super Saver Delivery Service is applicable to deliveries to addresses in mainland United Kingdom Locations at a price of £19.95 per year and to all other United Kingdom locations at a price of £29.95 per year. You can check which price applies to your address when signing-up for the service during checkout or by looking our delivery page. Once you have signed-up, you can use your Super Saver Delivery service to send deliveries to up to 6 addresses during your membership.
What else should I know about Super Saver Delivery Service?
• Super Saver Delivery Service membership is only available to customers paying by credit card or cheque at the time of ordering and is not available for customers using credit accounts.
• The Super Saver Delivery Service must be used on the account originally registered with NaturalCollection.com i.e., it cannot be transferred to another account without prior permission.
• NaturalCollection.com may deliver eligible purchases using either Royal Mail or courier delivery services.
Can I cancel my membership to Super Saver Delivery Service?
You can cancel your membership at any time before you have made any eligible purchases and we will refund your full membership fee. To cancel, send an email to servicecancellations@NaturalCollection.com including your customer information. It can take up to two working days to complete this process, with any refunds taking up to 7 days to appear on your credit card statement. For any trial or other promotional memberships you may cancel such membership within 7 days of signing-up by sending an email to servicecancellations@naturalcollection.com .
Does my membership renew automatically?
No, at this time your membership is not set up to automatically renew annually. Once your membership expires, you will be offered the opportunity to renew your membership.
