This fabulous recipe for Baked Peaches with Sweet Olive, Fig & Almond Relish<\/strong> comes from our friends at Olive Branch<\/a>, a fantastic range of authentic Greek mezze, relishes and olives. You may associate olives with savoury dishes only, so\u00a0this wonderful dessert is a real\u00a0surprise and definitely worth making. It’s so easy!<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong>
\n2-4 fresh peaches
\n4 tbsp Olive Branch Sweet Olive, Fig & Almond Relish<\/a>
\nHandful of flaked almonds
\n<\/a>A glug of marsala wine or sweet sherry<\/p>\n

Cooking Instructions:<\/strong>
\n1. Halve the peaches and place into a bowl or sealable food bag.
\n2. Add in the Sweet Olive, Fig & Almond relish\u00a0and your marsala wine or sherry, coating\u00a0the peaches thoroughly –\u00a0leave aside to marinate for a few hours.
\n3. Transfer the peaches and marinade to an ovenproof dish, scatter over some flaked almonds and bake in the centre\u00a0of the oven, at 200 degrees Celsius (Gas mark 6) for 20-30 minutes, until the peaches are tender.
