This tasty Nut Roast is suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans and is so easy to make by simply adding water and baking in the recyclable oven tray provided. High in Fibre and a great source of protein, Artisan Grains Nut Roasts are packed with nuts and make an amazing meat-free, vegetarian & vegan loaf which can be enjoyed by all - be it for lunch, dinner or as a savoury snack - offering a great and healthier protein alternative for today's increasingly health conscious consumers! How to cook (2-3 portions): Pour contents of sachet into a bowl. Add 200ml cold water. Mix and let sit for 5 mins. Transfer mix into the baking tray provided. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F (Gas mark 4). Bake for 35 to 40 mins until golden brown and cooked through. Allow to cool a little. Serve as desired – tasty with roasted Vegetables.

These are such a good product, almost as good as I can make from scratch
I love this nut roast mix - it states clearly on the box that it’s a mix and is easy to bake. I added some crumbled walnut pieces to the top before baking as I add walnuts to everything lately to up my intake of good fats, and add some crunch. I’m buying some more now to put in Christmas hamper presents.
I don't know why I was disappointed. It was a package with basically what looked like dried stuffing mix with nuts added supplied with a waxed paper cooking tray. I was expecting something moist and cooked which only needed reheating. I added it to fried mushrooms, onions, garlic and jumbo oats for a tray bake which made it much more interesting.

Developed in 2012 by enthusiastic foodie Sam Jacobi, who with 20 years experience in the health food trade was frustrated at the limited range of grains on the market and the lack of information available on the packaging – he wanted to be inspired at the point of purchase with recipe ideas and serving suggestions without having to resort to Google!
Sam set about developing a core range of grains and ‘good-for-you’ ingredients to offer consumers variety and convenience with packaging carefully designed to be impactful, informative and inspiring with recipe suggestions and nutritional facts.
