I get through a lot of tomato puree in my cooking - this is a lovely, flavoursome product at a good price. As it's so rich and concentrated, you don't need to use as much, so it's good value for money.rnI sometimes use it as a quick alternative to Passata, for the base of pizzas and it works really well.
