Oil pulling is a Ayurvedic practice that has been used for generations that effectively pulls out toxins from your body and can help remove harmful bacteria from your mouth. The coconut oil is mixed together with peppermint essential oils that work to attack the anaerobic bacteria that live in your mouth.

My mouth feels so fresh after using this! It took a couple of times to get used to the feel of oil in my mouth, but it feels very effective and my breath is lovely and fresh afterwards. You do need to use it for 5-20 mins so you need a bit of time.
