Really unhappy with this product. It clumps in the washing machine drawer so only some of it actually gets into the drum to clean my clothes. I have to bin the lumps. Such a waste, specially when I bought the bulk pack. Will never buy again.

problem with the powder setting like rocks when cold water hits it
I've been using this washing powder for the past year and I cannot fault it. Unlike most washing powders that have an overpowering smell this one is very subtle and pleasant. The fact that is is all plastic free is brilliant with no eco no frills packaging. It's a loose powder which means that you can easily adjust the quantity you use to the type of water you have and the size of the load being washed.
Extremely good value for money, this larger size works out to approximately 40p per wash (medium load on a 30% cycle). We recently bought this 10kg size and estimate that we won't have to buy any more for about 5 months! (there's just us two). Good cleaning results with an environmentally friendly product, an all round win!

The product is good value and gets the washing clean! One slight problem is that sometimes hard lumps get left behind in the detergent draw.
On the whole works well on all but the toughest stains..Dissolves well in low temperatures but I put it straight in the drum. Love the fact it doesn't have too much of a smell and it lasts absolutely ages even with a big family with young kids and loads of washing.
