These seem to collect a lot of water, and we live in a modern house with no apparent damp problem. Great.
Overall, good. Water is being collected. And a weird gel pours out too, when you pour out the water. Not sure how much difference these do in each room, but maybe it would be worse without them. I have used them the second winter and think they are helping.
Effective as has picked up a lot of water in two months (container is about half full)

The room humidifier has proved effective in a bedroom room where condensation and mould was significant and also a bathroom removing steam from the bath and shower.
