It is the fiirst time I have used Suma brown rice flour as I cannot eat wheat and it is very nice. I use brown rice flour for pastry, bread, biscuits, cakes, vittoria sandwich cakes, savoury and sweet muffins. I use brown rice flour nearly for everything or it can be a combination of brown rice, buckwheat or soya.
