This traditional homemade lemon curd uses rip lemons for the juice and lemon zest for a fresh citrus flavour. The UK made spread is smooth to spread and is delicious with fresh baked white bread and cheese.
Ingredients
Sugar, egg, butter (milk), lemon juice from concentrate (3%), citric acid, gelling agent (pectin), flavouring.
