These light and crisp bread thins have been inspired by that masterful Italian bread, focaccia, which is traditionally flavoured with rosemary and salt. Perfect with cheese and dips or as a tasty replacement to rye and crispbread it makes a great snack or a gift with a cheeseboard and a bottle of port.
