The marbled appearance of this remarkably thick egg is created with a perfect blend of white, milk and dark chocolate. It looks fantastic and tastes absolutely delicious, due to the not too sweet mix of fair trade and organic chocolates. The West Sussex based chocolatier use fairly traded single origin cocoa beans from the Dominican republic, working towards fairer trading conditions and opportunities for producers in developing countries to invest in their business’ and communities for a sustainable future.

Milk chocolate containing 37% cocoa solids minimum & milk solids 21% minimum (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, vanilla powder), dark chocolate containing 73% cocoa solids minimum (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla powder), white chocolate containing milk solids 25% minimum (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, vanilla powder).
