Borettane Onions (64%), Water, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (14%) (Wine Vinegar, Concentrated Grape Juice, Colouring: Caramel E150d; Antioxidant:Sulphur Dioxide), Sugar, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Sweet Red Drop Peppers (64%), Water, Sugar, Sugar Cane Vinegar, Salt, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid, Firming Agent: Calcium Chloride.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep peppers submerged in brine, refrigerate and consume within 14days.
