Product Description

The equivalent to 40 watt, Ecozone’s E14 LED biobulb is 5.5 watt, with a bright, white light similar to natural daylight that isn’t as harsh as standard bulbs and is flicker free too.

LED bulbs use up to 88% less energy than standard ones, so will save energy as well as saving you money. The E14 Biobulb LED will also emit less heat than a regular bulb and can last up to 25,000 hours.

  • 5.5W (40w equivalent).
  • Produces up to 470 lumens.
  • Dimensions: 36mm x 102mm.
  • Colour rendering index of 80 and a beam angle of 130 degrees.
  • Non-dimmable.
  • Always switch off the electricity before changing your lightbulb.
  • Do not fit a higher wattage bulb than that recommended on your fitting.
  • Always protect from splashes of liquid.

We all know that light bulbs around our homes often, 'go' without warning! We always have one or two of these as spare bulbs for this reason. When one of our Living room lamps needed a replacement bulb recently, we were ready! Unfortunately, the replacement bulb gives out a very cold, blue tinged light which is at odds with our other, warmer lamp. Both bulbs are the same, as above. Not sure how/why the manufacturing process can vary so greatly? Having said that, they are good value for money and from a UK company too - which is very important for us!
