This Lincolnshire meat free sausage mix from Granose is seasoned with sage and black pepper. They are so simple to change into tasty vegetarian sausages that are great for any meal of the day and are also low in fat, high in protein and a marvellous source of fibre too. Vegetarian society approved.

Not really a strong sausage taste, but I like it all the same. I like to add a few mixed herbs to it when I fry it , and this makes it even tastier.
