This aluminium pan comes with a ceramic non-stick surface that is fortified with diamonds for long-lasting durability. The base can spread heat from induction, ceramic, gas and electric hobs evenly throughout the cooking surface for a more comprehensive cooking experience. The stay-cool wooden handle makes this pan comfortable to hold even near intense hob heat. The pan also comes with a handy lid made from glass which makes monitoring food easy while reducing the level of mess.
