This w=GreenPan wok from the MayFlower collection uses Thermolon Infinity ceramic non-stick technology in order to create the cleanest possible cooking surface. This non-stick surface also comes with diamond fortification to keep this wok in top condition for years of high-quality cooking. The thick forged base gives the cooking surface an even distribution of heat to make cooking easy – whatever you’re making. The base is also treated with Magneto induction technology, which allows this wok to be heated over most types of hob: induction, ceramic, electric and gas.
