Lottie Shaw's fruit cake is made to a traditional family recipe, tweaked a little to keep it nut-free. Soft, moist and packed full of dried fruit, it's the full Christmas cake experience. Keep it traditional by enjoying with a slice of cheese - or you may prefer custard or brandy cream.
