Product Description
This beautiful decorative bird bath is a great addition to any eco-friendly garden. Made from a mix of recycled plastics and clay, the bird bath has a hand finished effect to look like aged stone, and is embossed around the rim with the opening lines from the W H Davies Poem ‘Leisure’.
‘What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare.’
The bird bath is not only great for birds, but also provides a safe drinking area for other pollinators and insects. Included is a short base to raise the bath around 10cm above ground level. The material the Shenstone bird bath is made from looks like stone but is a lot tougher and lighter, and has a ten year structural guarantee (excluding accidental damage).
Remember to regularly top up water levels and clean the bird bath to prevent algae build up.

This item was much wider than expected (I need to double check advertised dimensions as I didn't expect it to be so large). It arrived safely but with some of the black embossed letters worn off. I bought it for my mum as a present, but just found out it's too large for her tiny garden. I may well keep it for myself or possibly enquire if I can still return it. It's a lovely product, just much wider than anticipated and with a very slight flaw. Sadly not the compact bird bath for Mum that I thought it would be.
