Product Description

These bars have a natural chocolatey taste and yet contain no dairy or animal produce. That’s because they are made from carob which is a sweet tasting bean often used as a healthy alternative to chocolate or coffee. They also contain soya which make them high in protein. Most of the natural sweetness in these tasty bars comes from the carob subtly enhanced with vanilla flavouring.

Ingredients

Carob powder 30%, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, soya powder, emulsifier (Lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring.

The nutritional info here is wrong, not 0 carb but 36g carb per 100g. So not the low carb snack I was after. However for others this tastes ok, quite a strong flavour, I ate only half the bar at once. Pretty good really for no added sugar but nowhere near as nice as raw chocolate.
