This is quite strange mouthwash. It is an emulsion so it cannot be diluted, but it's quite thick so you can't gargle with it or swirl it around in your mouth very well.rnI had to add some water to it, which made it easier to use even though the water doesn't mix with it.rnI can't say yet if it helps alleviate tooth sensitivity or not as I haven't been using it for very long.
