A pack of five different flavoured handmade artisan vegan cheeses from Tyne Chease. These vegan, raw, plant based cheeses are made in the North East by a small, family run business using the finest organic ingredients. They have been authentically cultured and matured, using processes inspired by traditional methods.
This pack includes:
Smoked 150g – Soft and creamy smoke infused paprika chease with warming undertones.
Original 150g – A classic, creamy chease ideal for smearing on a cracker, baguette or celery stick.
Za’Tar Spice 150g – A fascinating fusion of herb, spice and seed for a mysterious but gentle flavour.
Pink Peppercorn 150g – A firm cream chease with a contrasting pink peppercorn crunch.
Sundried Tomato 150g – With sweet slivers of Mediterranean fruit embedded in chease for a rich texture.
The Cheases should be refrigerated and consumed within 1 month. If frozen they will last up to 3 months. To thaw, place in the fridge for 24-36 hours.
