Touch of India

Touch of India produces a wide range of beautiful handmade items, from bags and scarves to photo albums and jewellery, employing over 150 artisans who benefit from provident funds, paid maternity leave and insurance. The organisation prides itself on encouraging traditional hand embroidery techniques such as Kantha embroidery, Zardozi and Aari work, and much of their range is made using recycled and recyclable materials. The income generated by Touch of India has been used to adopt four children, providing for their education and upbringing.
