Caledonian Brewery proudly upholds a longstanding tradition of breweries in Edinburgh.  They have a team of highly skilled brewers passionately dedicated to continuing the tradition of brewing ale in a Victorian Brew house which remains relatively unchanged since it’s opening in 1869.
