Stellar No Added Sulphur Merlot (South Africa) x2 - Deep, bright colour with ripe, red fruit on the nose with hints of jasmine too. The wine's tannins are well-integrated and there's no oak to interfere with the juicy fruits. We call this a low sulphur wine because in tests 'normal' wines can have as much as 200 parts per million of sulphur whilst this - which has no added sulphur - has just 3 parts per million.
Stellar No Added Sulphur Cabernet Sauvignon (South Africa) (x2) - No sulphites are added to this soft, blackberry-fruited Cabernet Sauvigon. We call this a low sulphur wine because in tests 'normal' wines can have as much as 200 parts per million of sulphur whilst this - which has no added sulphur - has just 3 parts per million.
Spartico No Added Sulphur tempranillo (Valencia, Spain) - The grapes really get to show their smoky and savoury edge through this wine. With no added sulphur the black fruits really shine through in this wine.
Verdicchio Domine No added sulphur (Castelli di Jesi, Italy) - Made as naturally as possible you get a true expression of verdicchio as the appley and crisp wine it's always longed to be. This wine is biodynamic.
This selection of wines are suitable for vegans.
