Both your postcode and the contents of your order will determine which delivery services are available to you (please check Help - Despatch & Delivery for more information). You'll only pay one charge per order, which will be the highest depending on what you order.

If your order isn't to your liking, it doesn't fit or you're not delighted with it, feel free to return it to us within 30 days and we'll issue you a full refund for each item you return. We know you expect our products to be eco-friendly, organic, recycled and locally produced, but we also try to go the extra mile with our services, including:
- Reused packaging – whenever possible we re-use packaging. If we don’t have an old box, we use recycled boxes and packaging materials.
- Gift wrapping – we have one of the loveliest gift wraps in town, wrapped in recycled paper and finished with a recycled bow and fairly traded gift tag. Check it out »
- Environmentally Conscious Delivery Option - You can choose to add £1 to your order, and we'll donate it to Trees for Life to support projects that work to support the environment and help to combat global warming. Find out more »
- Make a Difference Rewards Scheme - Our new Frequent Shopper programme as a way of saying "thanks!" to our most valued customers. Receive 5 points for every £1 you spend and 10 points for every review you submit.
