First time of trying this sort of thing and I am impressed. It lathers very ell on the second application as instructed. Will carry on using this.

Really impressed with the Suma shampoo bar. It is easy and very pleasant to use, creates a really rich lather and leaves you feeling clean. I was worried that I might get an itchy scalp from it as I have a reasonably sensitive skin when it comes to soaps but it was fine. The big bonus is no plastic packaging.

Big disappointment. Used twice on my hair and it left my hair sticky and dry and clumpy. Un-useable as a shampoo. Used the rest of the bar up as a skin soap, but it also irritate my skin! It's cheap compared to other shampoo bars but not worth it.
