I like this oil for use on face, body, hair - also add a spoon to fruit salad and breakfasts for healthy oils to help dry skin and exczema.

Bit pricey but very competitive pricing here - it does just cost that much. Will get the larger jar next time as I'm ploughing through the stuff. Great in porridge, fry with it, thai curries (as well as coconut milk) stir-frying and on and on. Enjoy.
