A predominately chamomile flavoured tea. Soothing and gentle.
Rather nice teabags and very different from the standard nighttime teabags you can buy in the shops.
I have been drinking this tea for about 30 years and have never found anything better, I buy 10 or 20 boxes at a time as I have found it impossible to buy in normal shops now. Highly recommend as a relaxing tea before bedtime, and also good if you have had a stomach upset as very calming.
My boyfriend and I discovered this tea earlier in the year, just before I stopped being able to locate it on any supermarket shelves, and am delighted to find it available here, as it is the most amazing smelling and tasting tea, perfect before bed as the name suggests.
