I have to keep a supply of Sleep Easy Tea at all times. It's guaranteed to get me back off to sleep on those occasions when after waking for the bathroom I just cannot re-settle.
I strongly recommend to others.
I make only a small amount, let it infuse so that it is strong, by which time it is cool enough to drink. Back to bed and off to sleep, thank you Clipper Tea!
