Very tasty, can even be eaten straight from the bag.
A good way to use sea vegetables without having to soak them first.
I'm a big fan of using seaweed as a culinary ingredient. It's great to find a company that's in the UK so literally, 'home grown' and only harvests by hand, which means that the natural growth and quantities of the seaweed are not over farmed. Although this product is a bit on the pricey side, you don't need to use a lot of it to add richness to your meals - it really is very delicious!
I have purchased a lot of Japanese seaweeds in the past from Clearspring. So I was pleasantly surprised at the lovely delicate flavour of this homegrown Cornish Seaweed. I give it nine out of ten.
