Not a great taste combination really
There's a lot of sea salt chocolates on the market now, but this toffee, salt and chocolate combination is beautifully balanced. The depth of the toffee comes through Divine's lovely milk chocolate while the sea salt prevents the bar from being too sweet. I'll be giving a few of these away at Christmas.
