Soda crystals are great for soaking stains out of laundry, absorbing grease etc, keeping the sink, plug wastes, loo pans and so on fresh is a 'doddle' without pouring huge quantities of unknown chemicals into the waste water system.

Great mixed in hot water to clean floors, but you have to rinse it afterwards.
If you use standard washing powder (Fairy, Bold etc), and live in a hard water area, use half the amount of powder and 50g (scoopful) of Soda Crystals in each wash, to save money on powder.
Great stain boosting product for any machine washing - I have ditched standard powders and use Soda Crystals alongside soap nuts in every wash.
Also great for clearing algae/moss from outdoor decking. sprinkle over decking, add hot water, leave it for a day, then brush with stiff broom - works a treat and no fear of killing off any plants or grass either side.
