Fabulous oil. Shame about the bottle, which is drippy, and the rubber seal split quite early on. Used to buy this oil from Sainsburys in 500ml bottles but they stopped selling it. Glad to still be able to buy it though, and it is better value in a 1ltr bottle.

I only ever use Palestinian olive oil and have done for many years.I use it for salad dressing frying,baking,roasting.The Equal Exchange litre bottle is excellent value.
