I love this product which is obviously popular as had to wait for stock to refill. More economical than the sheets and a go to parchment paper for my baking.

Very good baking paper. Slightly narrower that these bought in shops but biscuits do not stick to it what happened to me with T**** supermarket own brand.

I cover food with this first and then put foil or cling film over to keep food protected once cooked.
Good for lining cake tins etc. for baking. Blind baking- I prefer this to foil- so I can lift out the clay balls easily.

The product is great and does what it's supposed to. I feel happy using this product as I feel it's better quality than supermarket brands so I go out of my way to get this particular product. I can usually get a good deal from Natural Collection and this item was reduced in price so I bought 3 rolls to keep me going.

I use this for lining baking trays and wrapping food up, like cheese and meats for my packed lunch. When finished with it I simply put it in the compost bin. Simple idea that works very well. The roll is economical as it lasts for ages.

In terms of eco credentials, this product has it all. As well as the packaging being 100% recycled, the parchment paper itself is TCF (totally chlorine-free) and can be put in the compost when you're done. For those who like to use parchment paper to save on washing up the baking trays afterwards, this is a much better alternative to most similar products you'd find at the supermarket.
