These are great for cooking if like me you wish to reduce the amount of salt in your diet. The taste is very good and they dissolve easily.

A: Hi The ingredients are: Vegetable fat, corn starch, yeast extract, onion (6%), carrot (4%), celery (4%), herbs (lovage, celery, parsley, oregano, rosemary, thyme), garlic, spices (mace, turmeric) I hope this helps, Rachel
