Fab nibs. I love my own recipe Ground Nib Truffles with tinned coconut milk, dessicated coconut & creamed coconut mixed, refrigerated for 15 mins and then make balls dusted in cocoa powder. Eat quick before anyone else!
I not only make banana milkshake/smoothie with cacao nibs but muffins and biscuits. For a Sunday afternoon treat I make individual nibbles which include seeds, raisins, nuts and cacao nibs. Also for special occasions like Easter, Christmas or when I have guests I make up a fruit and nut mix (pecan, hazelnut, almond, raisins, dried apricots, dried pineapple, dried banana and cacao nibs). It is healthy and is enjoyed by all, even my six grandchildren.
