Brown lentils are hard to find, so really glad to grab these and a threesome was just great.
Note: as a student an new Veggie, I used brown lentils as a mince substitute. Works a treat in Spag Bol, Chilli and Cottage Pie.

I use these to make lentil stew or lentil burgers, they are very good quality and healthy alternative to meat on days when you dont want ot eat meat or fish
