As a Vegetarian (trying to go Vegan!) I'm always keen to use different ingredients in my cooking, especially things that add protein, vitamins and minerals to my diet. These Sunflower seeds can be toasted, roasted, added to cereals at breakfast, used in baking (Nut roasts, Veggie Burgers, Casseroles etc). Have not bought these from Natural Collection before. Normally from health store. Expected them to be the same but they are very hard and whereas I normally find it difficult to stop myself eating these because they are so moreish I will not have that problem with these. First Suma product I have bought which is not great.
