Tried this as wanted something healthy, dairy free and savoury for the buckwheat crispreads. It's okay but being very sensitive to tastes it has a bit of a 'chemical' twang, probably the sulphites. As I say it's okay (in small amounts) but I wouldn't be using large dollops (like I used to with 'normal' pate).
