Not what I expected, the title here suggests that it is just a sparkling elderflower which is what I wanted, but the can reads 'Elderflower DRINK' wherein you will see that it has syrup as 2nd ingredient followed by juices & finally elderflower FLAVOUR & last elderflower extract as last ingredient; making this a sweet fruit juice type soda with a hint of elderflower. Such a shame as I was looking forward to a 'presse' in a can. Will not buy again, too sweet, therefore not very healthy!
